An all-inclusive holiday in Jamaica starts at £1,599pp for eight nights, including return flights from London. September is the cheapest month and July the dearest at £1,829pp — a spread of only 14%. That changes the question. In Jamaica you are not choosing a month to save money; you are choosing between rain days and hurricane season, and the cheapest months are the wettest ones.

Read down the two middle columns together and a pattern appears that no single column shows. The two cheapest months, September and October, are also two of the three wettest — 12 and 13 rain days — and both sit in the heart of hurricane season. The saving for travelling then is real but small: September is £180pp below February, the best-balanced winter month.
Winter is the more settled season. December to February brings 8 or 9 rain days a month and highs of 28°C, which is warm rather than fierce. March is the driest month on the record, with just 5 rain days — and April is close behind at 7. Neither is in our current price calendar, so for spring dates tell us when you want to go and we will price it.
One figure runs against expectation. July is the driest month we currently price, at 7 rain days, and also the dearest. It is inside hurricane season all the same, and August is the hottest month of the year at 31.4°C.
Our prices are lead-in prices — the lowest available for that month on the dates and rooms that still have space. Your exact figure depends on your dates, your airport and how many of you are travelling, and it is confirmed in writing before you pay anything.

Hurricane season, plainly
GOV.UK’s travel advice for Jamaica says hurricane season is normally from June to November, and it adds that the region is seeing more uncharacteristic weather and is increasingly vulnerable to the effects of climate change. Where storms do hit, it warns of fallen trees, blocked roads and flooding.
That does not rule those months out, and September’s price is the lowest of the year for a reason. But it does mean two things are worth doing if you travel between June and November: take out travel insurance when you book rather than closer to departure, and keep an eye on the forecast in the week before you fly.
It is also worth being clear about what protects what. ATOL 10713 protects the money you pay us if a travel company fails. It is not weather cover — that is the job of your travel insurance, which is why the timing of buying it matters in these months.
What all-inclusive covers on each trip
There are two ways to do Jamaica with us, and the word “all-inclusive” means something different on each — which is worth knowing before you compare prices.
Eight nights in Jamaica stays at the RIU Montego Bay or similar, all-inclusive for the whole stay: food, drinks and daily entertainment are included, along with return flights from London. Dunn’s River Falls and Negril’s Seven Mile Beach are optional excursions rather than part of the package. At £1,599pp it works out at just under £200 a night, with the flights included.
Twelve nights across Orlando, Miami and Jamaica puts four nights at the Rosen Plaza or similar in Orlando, three at the Loews Miami Beach or similar, and five at the RIU Montego Bay or similar, with the flights between all three included. Only the five Jamaica nights are all-inclusive. Meals in Orlando and Miami are confirmed with you when you book.
The comparison people ask about is the price gap. In January the twelve-night trip starts at £1,879pp — just £130 more than eight nights in Jamaica alone that month. The trade is fewer Caribbean nights for two American cities, and a board basis that changes halfway through.
Getting there
Return flights from London are included on both trips. The eight-night holiday also offers departures from Manchester and Birmingham, and the twelve-night trip flies from the UK with every internal flight — Orlando to Miami, and Miami to Montego Bay — included.
If you want to fly from a regional airport, tell us which one when you enquire. Any difference in fare from the London price is confirmed in writing before you pay, so the figure you agree is the figure you pay.
Entry requirements for UK passport holders
You do not need a visa to visit Jamaica. British citizens are usually granted entry for up to 90 days.
Two things catch people out at the airport:
- your passport must be valid for the whole of your stay, and it must have two blank pages for entry and exit stamps; and
- you need to complete Jamaica’s Immigration and Customs Form C5 online before you arrive.
That is GOV.UK’s guidance, checked on 24 September 2026. Entry rules are set by the Jamaican authorities and can change, so check GOV.UK again close to departure.
