These terms cover your use of this website and the enquiry and quotation process. The contract for a holiday itself is governed by our Booking Conditions, which are issued with your confirmation.
Who we are
Love Luxury Holidays is a trading name of Super Destinations Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 08243733, registered office 344-348 High Road, Ilford, Essex IG1 1QP. Call us on 0203 727 6361, message us on WhatsApp, or email info@loveluxuryholidays.co.uk.
Flight-inclusive holidays sold by us are protected under ATOL 10713. That licence is held by Super Destinations Limited, so that is the name you will see if you check it on the CAA register and the name that appears on your ATOL Certificate. We also hold IATA accreditation 91285611.
Using this website
You are welcome to use this site to research a holiday, share pages with the people you are travelling with, and enquire. You may not copy our content for commercial use, scrape the site, attempt to interfere with it, or use it in any way that breaks the law.
Prices, availability and what a page on this site is
Every price shown is a guide price for the arrangements described, based on the departure dates and the accommodation named on that page, and depends on availability at the moment you book. Airline fares, hotel rates and exchange rates move constantly, so a price on a web page is an indication of what a holiday has been costing — not a fixed offer.
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking, and neither does receiving a quotation from us.
How a booking is actually made
You tell us what you have in mind. A travel designer prices it properly against live availability and confirms the detail with you in writing — the hotels, the room types, the board basis, the flights, the transfers and the total cost. A contract exists only once we have issued a written confirmation and received the payment due at that point.
From that moment the arrangements are governed by our Booking Conditions, which set out payment terms, what happens if you change or cancel, and our responsibilities and yours. They are provided to you before you are asked to pay.
Financial protection
When you buy a flight-inclusive package from us, you receive an ATOL Certificate issued under licence 10713 in the name of Super Destinations Limited. It lists what is financially protected, where to get information on what that means, and who to contact if something goes wrong. Please check it when it arrives and tell us straight away if anything on it does not match what you booked.
Passports, visas and health
Entry requirements are set by the country you are travelling to, not by us, and they change. You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any visas, permits and vaccinations your itinerary requires. We will tell you what we know, and we will point you at the official source, but the requirement is yours to meet.
Our content
The text, photography, page designs and itinerary descriptions on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not republish them.
Links to other websites
Where we link to an airline, a hotel, a tourist board or a government advice page, we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content.
Our responsibility for this website
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content alone. This does not affect your rights in relation to a holiday you have actually booked, which are set out in the Booking Conditions and protected by law. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date below tells you when it last changed.
