What tailor-made actually means here
The 96 packages published on the site are starting points, not fixed products. Every one can be moved to different dates, a different departure airport, more or fewer nights, a different hotel or a different board basis, and the price is rebuilt around those choices rather than surcharged. If the trip you want is not published at all, tell us the destinations and the rough dates and we will price it from scratch.
What is protected, and what is not
Flight-inclusive packages are financially protected under our ATOL licence, 10713, and you receive an ATOL Certificate setting out exactly what is covered. We also hold IATA accreditation 91285611, which is what allows us to issue airline tickets directly.
Two things worth being clear about: ATOL protection covers supplier failure, not cancellation or medical costs, so you still need travel insurance. And a flight booked on its own is not an ATOL-protected package — if that matters to you, ask us to price the trip as a package instead.
What a price here includes
- Return flights from London and your hotel, sold together as one package. Regional UK departures are available at a supplement we confirm rather than estimate.
- Prices per person, based on two people sharing, as a lead-in rather than a fixed quote. Your dates, nights, airport and room type all move it.
- A £99 per person deposit on the packages that take one, with the balance due before travel. A few do not publish a deposit, and we confirm the terms at enquiry.
- Airport transfers, checked baggage and seat selection are extras on most packages unless the deal page says otherwise, and we set out which apply before you pay.
How long it takes
Send us the destination, rough dates, who is travelling and your departure airport, and you will have a costed proposal back within one working day — usually sooner. Quotes are free, carry no obligation, and nothing is held or charged until you say so.
