What to include when you get in touch

The more of this you can tell us, the closer the first quote will be to a real price rather than a range.

• Where, and roughly when. Exact dates if you have them; the month and whether you can move is enough to start.
• Who is travelling. How many adults and children, and the ages of any children — room types and child pricing both turn on it.
• Your departure airport. Prices are published from London; regional departures carry a supplement we confirm rather than estimate.
• How many nights, and your rough budget. A range is fine. It tells us which hotel grade to price.
• Anything that matters. Board basis, a particular hotel, a direct flight, an anniversary, accessibility, a late check-out.

Common questions

Does a quote cost anything, or commit me to anything?

No. Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Nothing is held or charged until you tell us to go ahead.

Can you price a holiday that is not on the site?

Yes, and it is most of what we do. The 96 published packages are the ones we are asked for most often. Tell us the destinations, the rough dates and what you want to spend.

Is my money protected?

Flight-inclusive packages are protected under our ATOL licence, 10713, and you receive an ATOL Certificate confirming exactly what is covered. We also hold IATA accreditation 91285611. ATOL protection covers supplier failure; it is not travel insurance, which you still need to arrange separately.

How much is the deposit?

£99 per person on the packages that take one, with the balance due before travel. A few packages do not publish a deposit — on those we confirm the payment terms with you at enquiry.

Can I change the itinerary after I enquire?

Yes. Dates, nights, departure airport, hotel and board basis are all adjustable, and the price is rebuilt around the changes before you commit to anything.
